The Team
Amy Detweiler
Amy has vast experience working in various customer support roles. Before joining Recall Infolink, she worked in the business travel management industry, specifically with pharmaceutical clients. Now, she is excited to be assisting our clients with product recalls and doing the rewarding work of finding solutions to unique challenges.
Manna Morales
Bringing a passion for translating ideas into words, Manna oversees internal and external facing communications so that everyone is on the same page. New to the recall industry, her fresh eyes help Recall InfoLink be welcoming and adaptable for all customers.
Stephanie Weinand
With the goal of building a global recall community, Stephanie is working on an international standard for processing product recalls and is regularly engaged in industry conversations, whether through presentations, articles, or a newly launched interview series.
Amin M.
Amin is the principal architect for Recall InfoLink, directing a team of developers hailing from Germany, United States, and Canada. Bringing 20+ years of experience in the technology trade spanning development, design and architecture to his role at Recall InfoLink, Amin manages everything tech related with a masterful hand.
David Schoeder
David is a partner at The Food Partners with 32 years of investment banking experience within the food industry. Prior to founding TFP, he served as managing director at both KPMG Retail Ventures and the Cooperative Funding Corp. He is a frequent speaker for grocery industry events, and serves on the board of a number of private companies.
David Collins
Dave has 30+ years of experience supporting the growth of clients, ranging from small family-owned supermarket chains and food manufacturers to national publicly-owned wholesalers and supermarket chains. As a founding member of The Food Partners, LLC, and as Director of Financial Planning for Nash Finch Company, he has managed and coordinated hundreds of strategic/financing transactions and capital investments. Dave gauges his success at Recall InfoLink in happy clients.
Francis Chan
Francis has worked in the software industry for several decades managing software projects of all sizes. As he’s observed the incredible advances in software development and the evolution of software project management, he’s taken a keen interest in becoming certified in the various methodologies. At Recall InfoLink, Francis has found a company that he is truly excited about with its potential impact in the world.
Jim Flannery
With over 40 years in the CPG arena with P&G and GMA, Jim has led the consumer products industry’s effort to improve the product recall process, standardize product code dating nomenclature, and launch the SmartLabel® transparency initiative.
Roger Hancock
After 15+ years leading the food safety and quality programs at Albertsons, Roger started Recall InfoLink and is motivated every day by the satisfaction in customers’ voices after their recall experience is effectively modernized.
Tim Oppel
With 13 years of Grocery Management experience at WinCo Foods and 15 years of Internet based Product Development at SaaS company EventBuilder, Inc., Tim brings extensive knowledge of both the supply chain and software solutions to his role of serving Recall InfoLink clients. Combined with his persistent can-do attitude, he makes customer support interactions a great experience for everyone, even during tough recall situations.
