It is with great delight and anticipation that we announce the founding of Recall InfoLink GmbH, established February 2022. “We took this step to show our commitment to localized, quality service in Europe,” says Roger Hancock, president and CEO. 

As a GmbH, Recall InfoLink will be able to localize operations in a way that addresses data housing and security concerns, better protecting our clients and their customers. “I listen carefully any time a client expresses a need, and right now the need is to be present in Europe on a local level,” says Stephanie Weinand, General Manager of Recall InfoLink GmbH. “We are excited that this will allow us to continue our work in a way that gives clients more confidence in our service.” 

Backed by IT staff located in Germany and supported by a global team, Stephanie says that the GmbH label only makes official what already exists at Recall InfoLink. “We have built the company knowing that a global supply chain requires a global recall process solution, which means that quality service no matter where you are in the world is part of our business model” she explains. 

Recall InfoLink GmbH will be at the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) annual conference in Barcelona, 29-31 March, 2022. The Recall InfoLink team will participate in a special session titled, Building a Recall Ready Community: Creating a culture of transparency, speed, and trust with team members from Ecolab, GFSI board member, Howard Popoola, and others TBA.
