Tri-Union Seafoods Canned Tuna
On February 10, 2025, Tri-Union Seafoods recalled various canned tuna products, including brands such as Genova, Van Camp’s, H-E-B, and Trader Joe’s, due to potential contamination with Clostridium botulinum. AKT Trading Inc. Seasoned Bamboo Shoots
On February 11, 2025, AKT Trading Inc. recalled 120 packages of Menma Ajitsuke Prepared Bamboo Shoot due to potential contamination with Clostridium botulinum. Common Sense Soap Beef Tallow Products
On February 12, 2025, Common Sense Soap, a North Walpole, New Hampshire establishment, recalled approximately 33,899 pounds of beef tallow that was processed, packaged, and labeled on behalf of Lady May Tallow without the benefit of federal inspection. The Pasty Oven, Inc. Frozen Ready-To-Eat Meat and Poultry Pasties
On February 12, 2025, the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) issued a public health alert for frozen, fully cooked ready-to-eat meat and poultry pasties produced by The Pasty Oven, Inc. due to misbranding and an undeclared allergen. JE Bakery 2019 LLC Raisin Bran Muffin 6 Count
On February 13, 2025, JE Bakery 2019 LLC, DBA Broadway Bakery, issued an allergy alert for their Raisin Bran Muffin 6 count due to undeclared walnuts. The product was mislabeled and instead contains Glorious Morning Muffins, which include walnuts not declared on the label. ICU Medical Potassium Chloride Injection Recall
On February 13, 2025, ICU Medical issued a nationwide recall of Potassium Chloride Injection, 20 mEq and 10 mEq, due to mislabeling.
