Mauna Loa Milk Chocolate Covered Macadamias
On February 15, 2025, Mauna Loa Macadamia Nut Company, LLC, issued a recall for one batch of its Mauna Loa Milk Chocolate Covered Macadamias snack (1 oz) pouches due to the presence of undeclared almonds. The affected products were distributed to two retail locations in Southern California. The product is packaged in a 1 oz pouch, with UPC 0 72992 04260 3, marked with lot number K4351 and best by date 07 2026 on the back of the packaging. BD ChloraPrep™ Clear 1 mL Applicators
On February 15, 2025, BD (Becton, Dickinson and Company) announced a voluntary recall of one lot of ChloraPrep™ Clear 1 mL Applicators due to potential fungal contamination under certain environmental conditions, allowing the growth of Aspergillus penicillioides. Naturipe "Berry Buddies, Berries & Pancakes" Snack Packs
On February 18, 2025, Naturipe Value Added Fresh LLC recalled its 2.1 oz (60 gram) packages of "Berry Buddies, Berries & Pancakes" bento box snack packs due to undeclared wheat and eggs. The product comes in a 2.1 oz (60 grams) colored plastic package marked with lot #1097901 on the top and an expiration date of 2/25/2025. The affected products were distributed at Kroger and Meijer retail stores in Arkansas, Michigan, Ohio, Tennessee, Virginia, Minnesota, Kentucky, Indiana, Illinois, Missouri, Mississippi, West Virginia, and Wisconsin. On February 20, 2025, Kedake Inc. issued a recall for Las Ollas Botana Mix Snacks and Delights 2 lb packages due to undeclared allergens, including wheat, sesame, soy, and artificial colorants Yellow No. 5 and Yellow No. 6. LPK1 Ready-to-Eat Chicken Caesar Wrap Products
On February 23, 2025, LPK1, a Renton, Washington establishment, recalled approximately 303 pounds of ready-to-eat chicken Caesar wrap products due to misbranding and an undeclared allergen. The Caesar dressing packets included in the wraps contain fish (anchovies), which was not declared on the product label. Lyons ReadyCare and Sysco Imperial Frozen Supplemental Shakes
On February 23, 2025, Lyons Magnus LLC recalled certain lots of Lyons ReadyCare and Sysco Imperial Frozen Supplemental Shakes due to potential contamination with Listeria monocytogenes. On February 25, 2025, Natural Dior LLC issued a recall for Vitafer-L Gold Liquid due to the presence of undeclared tadalafil. The affected products were distributed nationwide. The recalled product is packaged in 16.9 fl oz (500 mL) bottles within a folding cardboard box. Certain lot numbers and expiration dates were affected. Peppered Dried Catfish

On February 25, 2025, C&T Produce Wholesale Inc., dba L&V Food Supply, issued a recall for peppered dried catfish due to the products being ineligible for import into the United States. The affected products were produced by a Vietnamese establishment not authorized to export Siluriformes fish to the U.S. and were not presented for import reinspection. The recalled products were shipped to retail locations in California, Florida, Illinois, Nebraska, North Carolina, Ohio, Tennessee, Texas, and Washington.
